Scheduled Lockdowns

The lockdowns should begin soon after the daily tick, and end just after the daily tick would have ran. We have periodic lockdowns to allow for developer updates, server maintenance and general housekeeping. Rest assured, all your characters and their stories remain safe during these periods!
